D.A. Rusakov, Head of the Brand Protection Group at Gorodissky & Partners in Moscow,

participated in the webinar Monitoring and Combating Online Trade Mark Infringements.

During the webinar, he discussed services for monitoring and addressing online infringements of

intellectual property rights, measures that rights holders can take to protect their trade marks

against unauthorised use, and recent enforcement practice.

The webinar was organised as part of the partnership programme between Gorodissky &

Partners and the Ozon marketplace and attracted more than 500 participants.
